An odourless, ready-to-use, flexible, halogen-free Fireproof Silicone Sealant. Reacts with atmospheric moisture to form a durable, flexible seal. For use at joints between many building elements and materials giving a water and gas tight seal. Supplied in 310ml tubes, in either white, clear, grey or black.

This silicone sealant product can be used on heating stoves but it MUST NOT BE USED NEAR NAKED FLAMES OR HOT GASES as this can cause the silicone to have a VERY SMALL BLUE FLAME & the silicone can turn to a powder.

For every 10mm thickness of silicone, 3-5 days must be allowed for the vapour to clear before using the heating stove.

FIRE TEST PERFORMANCE

Tested to BS476 Parts 20, 21 & 22 (1987) when used for sealing around a number of penetrations and expansion joints. Integrity ratings of up to 240 minutes were achieved.
