Damaged Goods or Missing Items

Damaged goods and missing items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your delivery, and if possible report any damage or missing parcels with the courier or delivery driver.

Report any missing items and or damage goods to sales@antifireltd.co.uk stating your order number and the missing and or damaged goods. In the case of damaged goods, please attach clear pictures of all the damage.

Damaged goods will then either be replaced, a partial credit offered or credited in full, depending on the extent of the damage.

Missing items will be replaced or credited in full.

Goods Delivered Incorrectly

Any items incorrectly delivered must be reported within 72 hours to sales@antifireltd.co.uk, stating your order number and the incorrect item, the incorrect items will then be replaced with the correct item and we may ask for any incorrect items to be returned at our cost.

Goods Ordered By Mistake Or No Longer Required

We must be notified within 14 days from the date of delivery with the intention to return the goods stating the goods to be return and the reason for the return. The return must then be returned to us within 28 days from the date of delivery, at the customers cost.

*Any returns that require a collection will incur a carriage charge calculated at the time.

**If any of the time restraints are missed any replacements, credits or returns will be at our discretion and will incur a restocking fee and or a debit note will be issued in place of a credit.

***Any special sized, coloured or made to order orders will not be able to be returned. Special order status will be made clear at the time of ordering.
