Orders below £250 + VAT will be charged one of the following options.
A range of delivery charges will be offered to you at checkout, from the most cost effective to the quickest, based on your cart contents, delivery post code and the product availability. Were possible we will provide you with a tracking number.
Royal Mail Tracked 24, 5kg Parcels, 1-3 Days Delivery - £6.00 inc VAT
Goods up to 5kg in weight and not bulky or long in length will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24. This method covers all of the UK.
Evri, 2kg, 10kg & 15kg Parcels, 2-5 Days Delivery - Under 2kg at £6.00, 10kg £8.00, 15kg £11.00 inc VAT
Goods up to 1.2m long in length and 15kg in weight and not bulky can be sent by Evri. This method covers all of the UK, including the Isle of Man (IM) but excluding the Channel Islands (GY & JE).
DHL, Parcels Up To 20 kg 1-3 Days Delivery - £10.00 inc VAT
Goods to the UK mainland up to 1.2m in length & 2 to 20 kg in weight and not bulky can be sent via DHL. Excluding the following postcodes BT, IM, GY, JE, TR21-25, IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50.
Standard, 1-2 Days Delivery UK Mainland No Weight Restriction - £18.00 inc VAT
Goods to the UK mainland including longer, larger items and products direct from the manufacturer, no weight limit. Excluding the following postcodes BT, IM, GY, JE, TR21-25, IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50.
Bulk Delivery, 2-5 Days Delivery UK Mainland No Weight Restriction - £36.00 inc VAT
Goods to the UK mainland including bulky orders, larger items and products direct from the manufacturer, no weight limit. Excluding the following postcodes BT, IM, GY, JE, TR21-25, IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50.
Order Processing
* Order cut of point is 12.00 noon, any orders placed after 12.00 may be processed the following working day.
** Order processing days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Delivery Days & Times
* Calculated using Monday to Friday as the delivery days but some services may delivery on weekends in your area.
** Delivery days are based on best estimates and are not guaranteed, delivery addresses on the outer reaches of the UK will take longer and in some cases stock must be first ordered in to be dispatched out.
*** Delivery days do not include any manufacturing lead times and must be added to the delivery days to get an estimated delivery day. A more accurate delivery date will be provided were possible.
